I sure wish more would be said that this budget contains the costs of 2 wars. Yes, it's higher. Bush, however, never put the yearly cost of those wars in his budgets; they were always handled by emergency appropriations every four months or so.
Good point. I didn't talk about it because the Repubs's budget, that was so bad a bunch of their own folks wouldn't vote for it, also included the war costs for the first time.
