Garrett Explains Credit Card Vote

Representative Scott Garrett was on NPR to explain his being one of only 70 (and only from NJ) to vote against the Credit Card Holder's Bill of Rights. Garrett maintains that if the credit card companies can't do things like double billing, they'll stop issuing credit cards. Representative Keith Ellison of Minnesota, and the interviewer, take him to task.
