Iowa Tomorrow, Where Do Our Candidates Stand?
With the Iowa Caucuses tomorrow, the interesting question of who Representative Scott Garrett, Camille Abate and Dennis Shulman are backing for President is a fair one to ask. If anybody knows, let me know and I'll post it here.
Not sure about that, simply because his bread and butter Club for Growth is very against him. Not that it would change his vote flipping on their behalf, but it would be interesting to see what happens if he went with Huckabee. Probably would end up using it as a "see, I'm independent of them" campaign piece.
I wouldn't look for any of the candidates to pick a horse until after it becomes clear who's in the lead. No one wants to be left out in the cold for a wrong pick. So much for principled politics.
When we put aside partisanship, embrace the best ideas regardless of where they come from and work for principled compromise, we can move America not left or right, but forward. - Bill Clinton

I'm sure Garrett just loves Hucklechuck.
